Sir Dinshaw Fardunji Mulla, CIE, MA., LLB (1868-1934) was a renowned author and scholar. During his lifetime, he served as Attorney at Law, Bombay High Court, Member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, India, and was also a Professor of Law at Government Law College, Bombay. He has authored many legal classics which have been widely accepted and even cited by the Courts.
