Humayun Rasheed Khan is a 2003 Batch Judicial Officer in the State of UP. He got promoted to Higher Judicial Services in 2016 and is presently posted as Additional Director (Research) in the Judicial Training and Research Institute, Lucknow, UP. He has worked as a Judge on both Civil and Criminal sides. Previously, he has also served as Special Secretary & Additional Legal Remembrancer, Supreme Court Legal Cell, New Delhi and Deputy Director, JTRI, Lucknow, UP, where he had the opportunity of imparting training to a huge number of Judicial Officers. The author has contributed a number of research papers to prominent national and international journals. He is the author of the book Dispute Settlement Mechanism of WTO: Balancing the Disequilibrium (2023). He has edited the book Jayanta Bagchi’s World Trade Organization: An Indian Perspective (2nd Edition, 2023). He has got keen interest in Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, International Law and narrative writings. He obtained Doctorate in Law from Aligarh Muslim University.
