Parthvi Ahuja is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of India. She is presently associated with the office of the Additional Solicitor General, Shri S D Sanjay. She has done her BA LL B from GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi and LL M from Delhi University. She has also done a Specialised Course on Arbitration and Mediation Procedure under the WIPO Rules and the General Course on Intellectual Property, both offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva. She has contributed articles to books published by internationally renowned publishers and has delivered lectures at several National Law Universities, such as Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala; National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam; and National Law University, Tripura. She has also presided over renowned Moot Court competitions such as the Philip C Jessup Moot Court Competition, Bennett International Moot Court Competition, and RMLNLU Lucknow Moot Court. She was also featured in an interview on Doordarshan, discussing the topic ""Career in Law,"" which aired on June 21, 2024.
