"Mukul Mudgal, former Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, prior to his elevation, was a Judge of the Delhi High Court. He was also a member of Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and an Independent Advisor to the Lord Woolf Committee appointed by ICC. He headed the IPL Probe Committee appointed by the Supreme Court of India to conduct an independent inquiry into the allegation of corruption, betting and spot- xing in Indian Premier League (2013). He has chaired several committees including the drafting committee for the National Sports Development Bill, the Sporting Fraud Bill, the Slum Dwellers Act, the Rickshaw Pullers Act, the Doping Probe Committee constituted by MYAS, and the committees which suggested amendments to the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 and examined issues of certi cation under the Cinematograph Act, 1952. He also headed the one-man committee appointed by the Ministry of Corporate A airs to probe the Walmart lobbying allegations. Vidushpat Singhania is the managing partner at Ludus Legal, a rm specializing in sports and gaming laws.
