He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a third generation CA. He is also a certified internal auditor and holds a diploma in Global Strategic Management. In addition to working in professional services firm, Raman has served as honorary president of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS), an independent not-for-profit body and currently volunteers as the co-chairman of the Journal Committee of the BCAS, which publishes a professional journal which is in its 48th year of publication. Raman has co-authored on professional subjects and his articles were published in magazines like Outlook Money and Dignity.
