He is an expert in Company Law, Securities Laws and Regulations; Law relating to Foreign Exchange Management and its related rules & regulations, Industrial Law, and Environmental Laws. His areas of specialisation include board process, governance, audits, compliance solutions, corporate restructuring, dispute resolution, IPRs, mergers & acquisitions, insolvency & bankruptcy, and arbitration & conciliation. He has appeared before various regulatory authorities and tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, and Intellectual Property Appellate Tribunal.
