Return Policy for Print Products
1. Returns are only accepted on product(s) purchased directly from the LexisNexis(LN) online store.
2. Claim for replacement can only be placed in case of defect of product(s) or damaged product(s).
3. Replacement of print goods which are defective, incorrect or faulty will be accepted provided:(a) LN is notified of the defect or fault within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice,
(b) the returns are accompanied by a copy of the returns note/invoice, and
(c) Customer provides an email authorisation obtained from LN’s customer support department before goods are returned.
4. Replacement will be given only where the goods are returned as above and there are no other amounts outstanding and due on the Customer’s credit account with LN. Collection of returns must be from the original address of delivery by LN and if customer requires LN to collect returns from a different address, LN reserves the right to charge a sum, depending on the location advised by the customer.

Online/digital product purchased cannot be cancelled.
eProducts (e.g. eBooks, eSubscriptions) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
