He is an expert in Company Law, Securities Laws and Regulations; Law relating to Foreign Exchange Management and its related rules & regulations, Industrial Law, and Environmental Laws. His areas of specialisation include board process, governance, audits, compliance solutions, corporate restructuring, dispute resolution, IPRs, mergers & acquisitions, insolvency & bankruptcy, and arbitration & conciliation. He has appeared before various regulatory authorities and tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, and Intellectual Property Appellate Tribunal. He has addressed several conferences, seminars, and workshops and written more than 1000 articles on corporate laws.
