Arjya B Majumdar is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Director for the Center for Global Corporate and Financial Law and Policy at Jindal Global Law School. Prior to his shift to academia, he has worked in leading Indian law firms. His publications include a book titled Special Economic Zones- Policy and Procedure, and a chapter titled “Implementing the Concept of Sustainable Development in Forestry and Agriculture in India” in ‘Forest Laws and Policies in India’. He is passionate about the environment, has travelled extensively in North-East India and is a professional mountaineer. Ms. Debosmita Nandy is an in-house counsel at ITC Limited, where she solves various issues arising in course of the day-to-day operations of the company. Earlier, she was working in Khaitan & Co, Advocates & Solicitors, after graduating from the National University of Juridical Sciences. She has published many articles in reputed legal journals and co-authored a book titled ‘Forest Laws and Policies in India’. She takes a keen interest in creative writing and has published several works of fiction. Swayambhu Mukherjee is an in-house counsel at ITC Limited. Prior to this, he was working in Narasappa, Doraswamy & Raja, Advocates, after graduating from the National University of Juridical Sciences. His area of work mainly involves corporate transactions and litigation. He has previously co-authored a book titled ‘Forest Laws and Policies in India’.
